Online orders ship within 24 hours of completing the purchase.
Items purchased online may be returned up to 20 days of the initial purchase for store credit.
Items purchased in our store may be returned up to 7 days for a full refund or up to 14 days for a refund of store credit, unless purchases are sale items, intimates, or masks.
The original receipt is required upon return, and please keep all tags on items.
